Christian/Gospel Music Concert Proposal

Our Christian organization’s mission is to increase church memberships through our presenting Christian and Gospel musical artists, with churches serving as the hosts of these events at their own locations, or their locations of choice.
As a result, churches enjoy local and regional media exposure to their local communities through news coverage, promotion, publicity, and advertising that AVE NuStudio provides to television stations, radio stations, print newspapers, and online sources.
We are interested in coordinating and hosting a special Christian or Gospel musical concert at your church, and we have several program options below of which we, graciously, request your review and consideration:
Program Option 1:
AVE NuStudio provides a facility rental fee to the church (in advance) for event use and clean-up, with financial proceeds to be awarded to AVE NuStudio.
Program Option 2:
The church assesses AVE NuStudio no upfront fees, with financial proceeds from event attendance to be negotiated and apportioned as agreed upon (in advance) between the church and AVE NuStudio.
Program Option 3:
The church provides AVE NuStudio with a budget, in advance, which will be utilized to secure a nationally recognized Christian or Gospel “name” artist. This budget will also include compensation to AVE NuStudio for its services of securing the national artist and AVE NuStudio's promotion, publicity, and advertising costs and expenses related to the event.
Church Benefits Include:
Churches are promoted and publicized through area news media
Churches experience new recording artists
Churches are introduced to attendees in the community who may also become new church members
Churches are strategically located to facilitate quantitative attendance We look forward to your review, consideration, and our further discussion of this proposal to benefit your church in increasing its membership and outreach.
